Something not working?

Write to hello@learnarbor.com and a person reads it. We aim to reply within two working days.

If you're reporting a problem, it helps enormously to include which language you're learning, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. It asks twice, then removes your lessons, cards, conversations and profile. There is a short grace period during which signing back in restores everything; after that it is gone and cannot be recovered.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Profile → Data & Privacy → Export produces everything we hold about you. If you would rather ask a human, email the address above.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf — Apple holds the billing relationship. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

Which languages can I actually learn?

Spanish and Polish are complete — 72 and 93 hand-written lessons respectively, from beginner upwards. Other languages appear on the waitlist so we can see what to build next; they are not available yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out after signing up.

My pronunciation score looks wrong.

Scores come from a speech model listening for accuracy against the target sentence. Background noise, a distant microphone, or starting to speak before the recording begins will all pull it down. If it still looks wrong in a quiet room, tell us the word and we will look.

I was charged and Pro didn't unlock.

Try Restore purchases on the subscription screen first — that re-reads your receipt from Apple. If it still hasn't unlocked, email us with the date of the charge and we will sort it out.
