What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of learnarbor.com, the pre-launch website for the Arbor language-learning app. Right now, the only thing you can do on this site is read about Arbor and join the email waitlist. These terms cover that. By visiting this site or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Who can use this site

You should be at least 16 years of age to sign up for the waitlist. Reading the site is fine for anyone, but please don't join the email list if you're under 16.

Using this website

You can read the content here and sign up for the waitlist. We ask that you don't try to scrape, copy, or otherwise misuse the content of this site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about Arbor — confirmation of your signup, occasional updates, and a notification when early access opens for your language. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee:

• That Arbor will launch on any specific date.
• That your chosen language will be available at launch.
• That early access will be free.
• Any specific product features or capabilities.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@learnarbor.com.

Content on this site

The text, design, and branding on learnarbor.com belong to Arbor. You're welcome to read and share the public-facing content (including by sending links to others), but please don't reproduce it on another site or use it commercially without permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose. Anything we say about Arbor on this site reflects our current plans and may change as we build the product.

Changes to these terms

When the Arbor app launches, these terms will be replaced by full terms covering app use. If the change affects you, we'll let you know via the email you provided.
